Who Helps Us Run Critter

These service providers process data on our behalf, and each receives only what it needs to do its part:

  • Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting)
  • Amazon Web Services (file storage)
  • SendGrid (email delivery) and Twilio (text messages)
  • Stripe (billing and payments)
  • Anthropic (AI, with names, email addresses and phone numbers masked first)
  • Dropbox (receiving Time To Pet exports, when you connect it)
  • Google (sign-in with Google, and calendar sync when you connect it)
  • PostHog (product analytics) and Sentry (error reports)

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Your customer information is never shared with or sold to third parties.

Your Rights

You can export your data at any time. You can also request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@critter.pet.

Artificial Intelligence

Critter uses Anthropic's Claude AI to power features including our conversational assistant (Togo), campaign content generation, and business intelligence. AI-generated content is clearly identified where applicable. Names, email addresses and phone numbers are replaced with placeholders before any request reaches the AI provider, and your data is not used to train public AI models. See our Data Policy.
